Our verdict
Dorcel Club is where adult cinema tries to look like cinema. The productions have real budgets, locations, costumes, scripts and cinematography, so what you get feels closer to a glossy erotic film than a quick scene shot in a living room.
The catalog has a distinctly French and European flavour. A lot of it is built around glamour, seduction and storylines, with a polished look that stays consistent from release to release. It’s a big contrast with the raw, amateur style you find on most of the web, and a good fit if you care more about mood and production quality than about quantity.
The tradeoff is the pace: a studio that invests in each film doesn’t release at the speed of a tube site, so anyone after endless variety may find the library more focused than they’d like. If the cinematic approach is what you’re after, there’s not much that matches it. For a more modern, glossy US take, our Vixen review is worth reading next.
